Message from Stockport Mind
Book your place on the Mental wellbeing training!
In partnership with Stockport council, Stockport Mind have shared new dates for their Connect 5 Mental wellbeing (Module one) training; three of which are during Mental health Awareness Week! Have you booked your place?
Updated in recent months, Connect 5 enables us to provide better mental health support, break down barriers, raise awareness and understanding and ultimately help improve mental wellbeing across Stockport.
Connect 5 is underpinned by the 'five ways to mental wellbeing' and evidence-based theory. The training gives you the skills and techniques to help others as well as your own.
If you work or volunteer with the public - perhaps you run a community group, are a carer or work in health and social care, this is ideal for you!
Connect 5 is trained over three modules, all of which build on the last and support understanding, prevention, share best practice, encourage lots of conversation and more.
Let's change the mental health conversation for the better!
