Brook (nationwide service with a Manchester service)
Brook Manchester is for anyone under 25 years old and can help you with all aspects of your sexual health and wellbeing.
Whatever is going on, their team will support you with whatever you need, even if you’re not sure exactly what that is yet. All of the services are free and confidential. They offer:
- Emergency Contraception
- STI Testing and Treatment
- Chlamydia screening under 25s
- Free condoms
- HIV health and social care services
- HIV sexual health services
- HIV support
- Pregnancy termination
- Sexual health information and support
- Sexual health services for young people
Their opening times are: Monday, 12pm – 7pm, Tuesday to Friday, 12pm – 5pm and Saturday, 12pm – 3pm.

Central Youth
Central Youth is free, confidential and friendly service for people under 25 years old in Stockport. They provide the following:
- Advice and information
- counselling
- contraception
- emergency contraception
- sexual health services
Sex and Relationships Education (SRE) workers offer free and confidential advice, and can help with:
- relationships and consent
- sex and the law
- LGBT and gender
- emotional health and wellbeing
- STI (RUClear) testing
- free condoms
If it's your first time at Central Youth, call 0161 204 5899/5926 and ask for an SRE worker. They'll help you and explain the services.
Counselling service: The service is free and confidential for young people aged between 11 to 18 years. It provides support for those experiencing difficult feelings whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, anger or problems at home, school, college or work.
You must be registered with a Stockport GP to access the service.

Chathealth (NHS service
ChatHealth is a for young people to get advice and support around health related issues directly from the School Health Service.
It is a safe and secure messaging service which protects confidentiality and anonymity. Young people aged between 11 and 16 can text for advice on all kinds of health issues, such as sexual health, emotional health and wellbeing, bullying, healthy eating and any general health concerns.
The service is provided Monday to Friday 9am-4pm including school holidays. You simply text 07507330205.

Deaf Rainbow
Deaf Rainbow UK provide information and resources for the Deaf LGBTIQA+ community. As we all know, the LGBTIQA+ community have endured oppression and harassment for years, and still do. Deaf LGBTIQA+ people are an even smaller minority with an added layer of audism; this lead to the Deaf LGBTIQA+ UK Facebook group, which is still running. A whole bunch of Deaf LGBTIQA+ people got together, and created a website especially. Should you need advice around parenting, surrogacy, your mental health, sexual health or your own sexuality, the team are there to support you.

Healthy Stockport condom distribution (various venues)
The Stockport condom distribution scheme is a free and confidential condom distribution network for young people aged 13 to 24 years old who live in Stockport.
The scheme provides regular, easy and confidential access to condoms and lube, sexual health information and signposting to further sexual health services.
You can get free condoms and lube from a number of places across Stockport. Before visiting, please contact the place you wish to visit directly to check opening times.

Forward LGBT+
Forward – Stockport LGBT+ Centre is a dedicated safe space for LGBT+ folks, family and friends, to meet, participate and share with the wider community. The team offer a helpline to should you need a friendly chat, food and essentials, counselling support, sexual health advice, or more information and guidance around housing, finances and employment.

NUPAS - National Unplanned Pregnancy Advisory Service
National Unplanned Pregnancy Advisory Service (NUPAS) has been commissioned by the NHS to provide FREE services across the North West and across other parts of England.
NUPAS promotes the sexual health of men, women and young people offering abortion treatments and free pregnancy testing, sexually transmitted infection screening, sterilisation, vasectomy and a fully comprehensive contraceptive service.

The Northern Contraception And Sexual Health & HIV Service
The Northern Contraception, Sexual Health & HIV Service is a partnership led by Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT), together with Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. They provide integrated sexual and reproductive health services across Manchester, Stockport, Tameside and Trafford.
They offer routine, intermediate and specialist sexual and reproductive health provision including testing and treatment of sexually transmitted infections, contraception and emergency contraception.
The service also provides clinical advice and support to a range of health professionals including GPs, practice nurses, pharmacists, and other contraception, sexual health and HIV teams across Greater Manchester. The Northern co-ordinates postgraduate training for health professionals from across the North West.

LGBT Foundation
LGBT Foundation is a national charity offering advice, support and information services to lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) communities. They support LGBT people to increase skills, knowledge and self-confidence, maintain wellbeing and live a safe, secure and healthy life through a range of services. Those include support groups; face-to-face counselling; a helpline, email and pop-in service; a befriending scheme; a sexual health programme, a range of guides and resources and much more.
Support services are delivered by a team of staff and volunteers.
