FOCUS ON: Know Yourself, Grow Yourself: Children's Mental Health Week

It's Children's Mental Health Week! This year's theme, "Know Yourself, Grow Yourself," shines a light on the importance of self-awareness for positive mental health.
A promotional graphic for Place2Be's Children's Mental Health Week features a cartoon illustration of the Super Mario character Bowser. The text reads "Place2Be's CHILDREN'S MENTAL HEALTH WEEK 3-9 FEB 2025 KNOW YOURSELF, GROW YOURSELF." Bowser is depicted with a thoughtful expression. The Place2Be logo is also visible.

The charity Place2Be has teamed up with Here4You and The Walt Disney Company to offer free resources for schools and families. These resources empower children and young people across the UK to discover how understanding themselves can help them build resilience, grow, and thrive.

Find all these resources and more on their website: www.childrensmentalhealthweek.org.uk/
