Long COVID Services Plan
The NHS plan for improving Long Covid services, has now been published. It provides an update on progress on the 10 actions set out in June last year and outlines the framework for deploying the £90m committed by the NHS for Long Covid services during the 2022/23 financial year.
The plan has been developed with those with lived experience of Long Covid. It details further action to ensure that support is there for everyone who needs it and patients requiring specialist assessment and treatment can access care in a timely way.
Vaccination pop up clinics continue during August
The vaccination clinic at the One Stockport Hub in Mersey Square is open on Saturdays throughout August. The clinic at Trinity Methodist Church will also continue on its current schedule.
The Saturday walk-in clinic at the One Stockport Hub:
Age 12+: 9.30am to 3.30pm.
Age 5 - 11: 9am to 1pm.
No appointment is needed
The vaccination clinic at Trinity Methodist Church, 351 Bramhall Lane, Bramhall, SK3 8TP, is open every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday, from 9am to 6pm.
Appointments must be booked in advance for 5-11s at Trinity Methodist Church, and are available on Sundays only, via the National Booking Service online, or by calling 119 free of charge. More vaccination options are here.

Based on our data, Citizens Advice has seen more clients with energy problems in the month of June 2022 alone, compared to the years 2020&2019. We want to understand the issues that you are facing and your concerns for the upcoming months.
2022 Pride in Practice LGBTQ+ Patient Experience Survey

LGBT Foundation’s Pride in Practice LGBTQ+ Patient Experience Survey 2022 is now open until August 31st 2022. This survey is for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people to share their experiences of accessing GPs, dentists, pharmacists and optometrists.
Complete the survey at www.lgbt.foundation/pipsurvey2022. Those taking part can enter a prize draw for £200 in gift vouchers.
