End of Life Feeback session

Hello Everyone,

You may remember Healthwatch Stockport did a consultation with Stockport CCG earlier this year in January on the ‘End of Life Model’. Nicole Alkemade and Jo Keyes presented their ‘new’ model during the session and you gave your views and opinions.

Your feedback was reported within the Healtwatch Stockport ‘End of Life’ Report.

During the session, Stockport CCG agreed to feedback to you in the Autumn Term. Nicole Alkemade and Jo Keyes (Stockport CCG) have now agreed to attend the above session and feedback any progress they have made from the report recommendations on Wednesday 20th November 2019 1pm-3pm.

We would like to invite you along so you can hear what progress has been made and to again, be able to give your views.

Once we have an idea of the number of people attending, we will confirm the venue.
